The Metabolic Imbalance Assessment is a focused session designed to help you understand why dieting hasn’t worked for you and what may be contributing to weight resistance, fatigue, or feeling out of sync with your body.

    • appetite, cravings, and blood sugar patterns

    • energy, stress, and recovery

    • midlife and hormonal changes that influence weight and regulation

    You’ll leave with:

    • a clear explanation of what’s likely driving your symptoms

    • reassurance that your experience makes sense

    • guidance on what kind of support your body actually needs next

    Depending on your symptoms and background, I may recommend optional functional tests,

    For some women, this clarity alone is enough to move forward with confidence. For others, it becomes the foundation for ongoing support.

This is deeper work, designed to restore metabolic health over time so the body can respond again — without forcing or overriding it.
