I'm a Registered Nutritional Therapist and Eating Psychology Coach specialising in perimenopause. Based in West Byfleet, Surrey — and working with women across the UK online.

But my interest in this work didn't start with my training. Like many women I support, I spent years struggling with body image, dieting and believing that changing my body would make me happier.

Over time, I learned that true wellbeing comes from understanding your body rather than fighting against it.

Today, I combine evidence-based nutrition, functional medicine principles and eating psychology to help women navigate perimenopause with greater confidence, better health and a more peaceful relationship with food.

My goal isn't simply to help you lose weight. It's to help you feel healthier, stronger and more like yourself again.
