6-Weeks Program

My unique approach is focused on individualised progress, balance, and joy. It's not about following a restrictive diet but instead learning how to nourish your body with healthy, whole foods. You don't have to give up your favourite foods, instead, you'll learn how to enjoy them in moderation. You'll gain a better understanding of your body and its needs, enabling you to make sustainable lifestyle changes that will help you to reach your goals.

The format

  • Each participant will receive a 1 to 1, 90-minute nutrition consultation and a personalised nutritional plan. Group sessions will commence on the 11th of January, 2024 at 6.30 PM at Key Osteopaths and will conclude on the 8th of February, 2024 —the maximum number of participants - 6 people. The places will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
