We are all biochemically unique -  there is no 'one solution' that fits all.
Personalised nutrition offers strategies tailored to one's health goals and dietary preferences.

For the best results I recommend booking a minimum of 2 sessions (Initial and Follow up). My fee does not include any laboratory testing, however interpretation is included in the price.

Initial Consultation - 90 min

During the initial consultation, we will discuss your current symptoms, previous medical history and review your diet and lifestyle.

Based on the findings, I may recommend additional functional tests (blood/urine/stool), that may be beneficial for identifying the underlying causes of your condition.

Afterwards, I will compile detailed personalised nutrition and lifestyle programme and send it to you electronically. You will be able to contact me free of charge with any additional questions around the plan.

What is included in the Initial Consultation:

  • Medical History and Health Questionnaire
  • Nutritional Therapy consultation
  • Blood/stool/urine tests interpretation and recommendation (if required)
  • Detailed Personalised Naturopathic Plan
  • Supplement recommendation
  • Free support between the sessions for 8 weeks
  • Free Recipes

Follow up - 60 min (8 weeks)

During the follow-up consultation, I will review your symptoms and the progress you have made from the initial consultation. I will provide you with additional recommendations as needed.  You may decide at this point if you are happy with your results or if you want to receive further support from me. You will be able to buy a single consultation.
