ABOUT KAROLINA

II'm a Registered Nutritional Therapist and Eating Psychology Coach with more than 10 years of experience helping women improve their health and relationship with food.

But my interest in this work didn't start with my training. Like many women I support, I spent years struggling with body image, dieting and believing that changing my body would make me happier.

Over time, I learned that true wellbeing comes from understanding your body rather than fighting against it.

Today, I combine evidence-based nutrition, functional medicine principles and eating psychology to help women navigate perimenopause with greater confidence, better health and a more peaceful relationship with food.

My goal isn't simply to help you lose weight. It's to help you feel healthier, stronger and more like yourself again.

  • No. Testing is ordered only when clinically indicated and the decision is always yours. Both programmes deliver significant value without testing — functional tests simply add another layer of clinical insight when relevant.

  • Yes. All sessions are held online via video call, so you can work with me from anywhere in the UK. In-person sessions in Surrey are also available in West Byfleet.
