Advanced Functional Testing
at the Heart of Personalised Nutrition

As a functional nutritionist, I am trained to identify the root causes of my clients' health concerns. After a 90-minute initial consultation and medical intake, I develop a hypothesis explaining your symptoms. In some cases, additional tests are required to confirm or rule out my hypothesis. In those cases, I refer to specific functional tests available through reputable specialist laboratories.

The truth is that our NHS is stretched, and often, doctors can only conduct basic tests, leaving out markers essential for understanding the full picture of your condition. Functional testing provides a more comprehensive analysis of your body's functions, genetic blueprint, vitamin and mineral deficiencies, digestive issues, reproductive health, and more.

The tests are suitable if you are experiencing symptoms or if you are proactive about your health and wish to prevent future issues.

All tests, except for the blood test, are easy to conduct at home and can be sent via Royal Mail or the pre-paid DHL Express service (DNA test)

If you are interested in getting tested, start by booking a complimentary 30-minute call.

Histamine Intolarance (DNA)

A genetic test to identify issues with histamine metabolism can provide valuable insights into how your body processes this crucial chemical. If you experience unexplained symptoms like headaches, digestive problems, or skin reactions, understanding your genetic predisposition can help you tailor your diet and lifestyle to manage these issues better. By pinpointing specific genetic variations, you can take proactive steps to balance histamine levels, improve your overall wellbeing, and potentially alleviate chronic symptoms related to histamine intolerance.
